Elbow Arthroscopy

Elbow Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that allows Dr. Goldberg to visualize, diagnose, and treat problems inside the elbow joint through small incisions. It is often used to address loose bodies, scar tissue, cartilage damage, and joint inflammation. Because the incisions are small, patients typically experience faster recovery times and less post-operative discomfort compared to traditional open surgery.

Biceps Tendon Injury Repair

A torn or ruptured biceps tendon can cause significant weakness and pain at the front of the elbow. This type of elbow injury is commonly seen in active adults and often requires surgical repair to restore strength and full range of motion. Dr. Goldberg performs biceps tendon repair using proven techniques designed to reattach the tendon securely and, in most cases, allow patients full unrestricted activity afterwards, including weightlifting and sports.

Tennis Elbow Surgery

Lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow, develops when the tendons on the outside of the elbow become overloaded through repetitive motion. While many cases respond to non-surgical treatment, chronic or severe cases may benefit from surgery to remove damaged tissue and promote healing. Dr. Goldberg evaluates each patient individually to determine whether surgical intervention is warranted.

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Surgery

Cubital tunnel syndrome occurs when the ulnar nerve, the nerve responsible for the “funny bone” sensation,  becomes compressed at the elbow. Symptoms include numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand and fingers. When conservative management is insufficient, surgical decompression or nerve transposition can relieve pressure on the nerve and restore normal function.
